Offering her food that often is probably just stressing her out. Wait another 5-7 days before you offer again. If her eyes are cloudy, she is probably just getting ready to shed.

Would you mind posting pics of your setup and the snake?

I would, but I can't. I don't have anyway to get them onto my computer right now. Hopefully, I will get the cable I need so I can upload some pics.

If she is starting a shed cycle, that is probably why she is refusing, coupled with the fact that you are offering her food too often. I offer food to my snakes once a week. If someone doesn't eat, I just wait until the next week. Even a hatchling ball python can go a few weeks without eating. A well established adult can go months, and they usually will at some point. it is really frustrating but you just have to be patient.

I know how worried you must be feeling because I have had (as well as probably everyone on here) that feeling as well. The best thing you can do is leave her completely alone for a week and then offer food at night in a dark room. If she doesn't take it out of the tongs, try leaving it in the tank with her overnight and she might take it when you aren't looking. I have one snake that rarely eats off the tongs, usually just off the floor of her enclosure.

As for the breeding of mice, I don't think having cats should affect them. I breed ASFs and I have a cat who is VERY interested in them. I just keep them on a high shelf so he can't really mess with them. ASFs are also very prolific breeders, so maybe they just don't care who else is in the room
