    Gator pic!

This picture was taken by a nano-reef forums member who goes by Rehype. The picture was so spectacular I figured I would share it here with my reptile lovin friends.

I think that this might be a picture of either a spectacled or Cuvier's caiman. The eye ridge is similar to both, but the way that the teeth sit and stick out of the mouth really make it look like a Cuvier's. Great picture
    Herps are cool.

One of the attractions of outdoor pursuits activities for many people is that life is reduced to the barest essentials, and in the process a more intimate connection to the natural world is established. Food that would be trashed or fed to the dog at home tastes wonderful, a cup of murky water is much appreciated, and after a few days, even a thin sleeping pad can feel like a comfortable mattress as tired bones are able to rest after a hard day's work.

I just went downstairs and took some pics. He wasn't in the mood to be photogenic.

Lol we do have a lil bit of everything! I've joked around about charging people $3 admission, then we can do $5 a picture with the gator or one of the large snakes.

Come on Mike, I'll take your pic standing next to the rattler enclosures
