    Lack of humidity usually isn't an issue with a rack/tub set up.
    You determine your humidity by how many holes you put into the tubs. Better off to start with less holes then add more as you test out the humidity. Less holes, higher humidity.
    A large water bowl also helps humidity. And pushing the bowl over the heating element in the tub will increase the humidity as well.

    If you're not getting the right humidity after all that, you can just spray down your tubs daily with a squirt bottle.
