Aggressive baby ball tips?

Hey guys I have a 70 g het albino pinstripe female and she is always trying to bite me when I want to handle her. I've had her for a month now.any tips?thanks

Just let her bite you, she will wear herself out. You won't even feel a bite from a bp that small. The more you handle her, the better she will get. My aggressive babys will usually only hit me about 5 times before they figure it out and just ball up.

Aggressive and defensive are two different things. She's just trying to show you how 'tough' she is so that you'll back off, leave her alone and not eat her. She's not doing it to try and kill you, haha.

Agreed with the above statement. Just let her bite you. She'll stop after a bit. Plus baby BPs are nippy in general. They grow out of it.

She is defensive as are all hatchlings, leave her alone, make sure her husbandry is on spot, feed her appropriately and she will grow out of it when she starts putting on some size.

There is a trick to it if it doesn't go away on its own.

Touch their head from behind and above. Not real hard. Just enough to get their attention. Since there's not enough room to bite they'll retreat. Follow their head with you hand until they are completely retracted. Hold your hand there a couple seconds and take it way. It basically force them the ball up and conditions them to ball instead of bite when their scared.

I learned that from Justin K. He even did a how to video on his Youtube channel.

Agreed. I'm not sure if many people would advocate regular handling of a snake that small. Could be wrong...

She's probably a good eater. From my experience, its not good to handle babies. Let them put on some weight before you start stressing them out with 'affection'. The last thing you need as a 100g BP to get stressed off of eating.
