Sounds like a bad shed. What is husbandry like? Might try a damp pillow case in a warm environment to help rub it loose.

It's just a stuck shed, nothing to be afraid of. They happen usually when your humidity is too low.
First off you have a less than ideal tank for your snake. You want one that's more horizontal, less vertical, you have a great lizard tank. Bps don't climb. Get a 20g long fish tank when you upgrade. Ditch those needle thermometers and humidity gauge, go to Walmart and in the outdoor thermometer section you'll find an acurite brand humidity and temp gauge for around $12. There are tons of husbandry threads on humidity here, but personally I keep mine between 45-60% normally and 60-70% when they're in shed.

Oh boy. Another victim of the dreaded "pet shop snake kit". I despise the fact that they sell these. 99% of the stuff is useless junk, all it is designed to do is suck money out of you. The tank you got is designed for a lizard or arboreal snake. Ball pythons are terrestrial. Meaning about 80% of that tank she won't use. Ball pythons needs the floor space and not height. Add to that the useless dial gauges, which can be off by a ridiculous margin, and the chemicals which are totally not needed or just plain useless. <sigh> Long story short, you spent a lot of money on stuff you didn't need, and even worse, you'll need to spend more on what you really DO need.
First of all is a good thermostat to control her heat source. I don't know if you have a heat mat or a useless heat lamp, but either one gets hot enough to burn her. Second is a digital thermometer and hygrometer. You need these so you know what her temps and humidity really are, not just a wild guess, which is all those dials give you. The eco earth is fine for bedding, so that's something. But the shed aid is useless junk, the reptisafe for her water is useless, the repti vite is totally unnecessary.
I feel so badly for you hon, it's a crime pet stores can sell this stuff to unsuspecting people.

I too fell for this crap when I got my first beardie the guy took me around the store and had me purchase probably $120 in stuff I didn't need, things that could potentially hurt her, and didn't mention some of the things I did need.
