This is going to sound weird, but thank you so much for giving him a home and looking after him. People like you are the reason that I even bother socializing anymore. Best of luck to you and your new companion!

Thank you for having a heart and stopping to check it out He is good hands now! My 2nd beardie was a skeleton when I got her, her old owners feed her weekly.... Some people shouldn't own animals!

That is really horrible that he was just abandoned on the side of the road. Beardeds are such sweet lizards, poor thing.

I agree, I wish there was a way to find out who did it. I wouldn't say anything... Just punch them in the mouth and walk away.

Sadly, I've seen this before.
I cannot thank you enough for taking him in!! And by the sounds of it, he found himself a damn good owner, too. He does look just a tad on the skinny side, but not by much, so it'll be easy getting the weight back on him. He has really pretty eyes, too.
Best of luck for the future! I'm glad he/she has found a good home. It's always warming to hear of a successful rescue!

Thank you, he is still sick tho he isn't taking well to the antibiotics we have tried a few different things but no matter what we do he still has buggers in his nose but he is doing better then he was when I got him. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for him and going to keep trying different things to get him better

Awww, poor baby! Being thrown out on the curb at night can't have been good for him. Whoever did that needs a kick in the groin. :/ I really hope he gets better, he deserves it!

Hope your little guy gets better. Good for you taking the intiative and effort to take care of him and nurse him back to health.
Good looking beardy by the way, nice high yellows!
We have aquired several animals over the years in similar fashions, mainly cats that were left in boxes by the side of the road or at the ends of our driveway. Its amazing how careless some people can be...
