As mentioned before, the my fitness pal is a great app. It really opens your eyes to how many calories you take in, in a day. You might try adding more cardio in. You can try sneaking in a walk each day at lunch if you have time, maybe that would help. I know I would like to get in better shape, I used to run and I miss it. I just have a hard time, finding time, without giving up sleep, which is also important. Good luck!
