Don't much care for his character in "Sons of Anarchy" (Pearlman) but that's pretty awesome that he did that for that little guy. Hope the little dude kicks the big C and has one heck of a story to tell later in his life.
I saw that story a few days ago and it totally made my day. I'm a major Ron Perlman nerd, and seeing that he'd do something so awesome is really neat, and that kid's just got the biggest smile in every picture.
