    I have seen eggs with mold hatching just fine.

    I have known of people leaving moldy eggs alone when attached to other eggs and have no other issue.

    Personally if the egg is moldy and there is no longer any veins I would remove it, that being said you need to proceed VERY carefully if you chose to do so as you could tear the other eggs.

    Generally the best time to separate eggs is soon as they a laid or a few days before they are due to hatch, they will usually separate very easily, at any other time it maybe very difficult.
