Hypos?
Can someone tell me the possible results from these two pairings:
hypo mojave x honeybee
honeybee x hypo pastel
Also, is 100% het the same as being a visual recessive? Basically, is a spider 100% het hypo a honeybee?
Lastly, if I was going to buy the above three snakes do I make sure they are hypo compatible? I've read a lot about ghost lines that don't mix.
If you were picking up a ghost morph, which would it be? Just curious
Sorry if these are simple questions. I love ghosts and I've researched a lot but the recessive thing still confuses me quite a bit.
Thanks!

Honeybees are visual Hypo Spiders, so both of the above pairings would result in all visuals. 100% het just means either one parent was a visual (homozygous) or a lower percent het was proven out. Either way the 100% het only carries one copy of the recessive gene (heterozygous).

The only way to truly know if the hypo lines are compatible are to breed and prove it. It's pretty rare to come across unadvertised incompatible lines, but it does happen. Most however are compatible with each other.

I know! I don't know how popular they are but I love the mojave ghost spider (mojave honeybee?).

I'll be sure to confirm the lines with the breeder. They have a great reputation so I'm not really too concerned about that. I'm hoping to pick up the hypo mojave/honeybee pair this fall!
