I decided that I won't sign up for a gym membership until I get my abs toned a bit, so I make sure I stay motivated and because I heard you don't really need machines to do so, you could just do it at home. I'll buy all the shakes and vitamins and start eating right soon, then I'll work on my abs. After I get pretty good abs, I'll work on my arms.
