Stumbled upon a wild Ursus Americanus. Should I keep it?

How big of an enclosure do you think I'll need?

Saw this little dude while out for a drive. I was outside of my car less than 15 feet away and he didn't have a care in the world! Hahah, gotta love Alaska.
