Chichi = slang for boobs
Radditz = Raddish
Kakaratto = Carrot
Kame = god
Kami = Turtle
Sennin = Elder
Sama = Master or Lord
Ginyu = Milk

I could go on but basically DBZ is a bunch of fruits, nuts, dairy products and underwear.
