Color morphs aren't passed through simple genetics. It's kind of like hair and eye color in people. Morphs like Hypo, Trans, Dunner, Leatherback etc. have distinct and provable markers and pass on through Mendelian genetics. Traits like pastel, citrus, blood, etc do not have true markers and are up to the eye of the beholders. I can see how this trips up ball python keepers (and many others) who are used to keeping animals where the majority of an incredible variety of morphs all pass by Mendelian genetics with proven markers.
Your dragon looks like a nice looking orange dragon. I don't see any characteristics that would lead to a Citrus or Tiger label but it is still a nice looking dragon.
