    Do Calicos keep their colours?

Question for you morph experts! Do calico's keep their colours? More so their oranges?

I'm considering picking this girl up, she is a Flora Fauna line and i absolutely love her orange. Especially her flames. I've seen a lot of hatchling calicos that are dark brown and almost muddy looking. I'm not too concerned with her white, as judging by the pink, it looks like she will have a decent amount of white scales.

what do you guys think? Will she keep the intensity of her colour? Or will she brownout/turn very dark?

Shes awesome! Pick that girl up. They typically gain more white as they grow and when they are babies the pinks on their sides is what turns white as they grow. However calicos will throw high white babies and low white babies no matter how high white they are, but they go well with other snakes that have higher white sides.

She will only get better as she grows.

X2. Calicos are a rarity in themselves with the fact that they get better with age!

Btw, where'd you get her and does he have more? I'm looking for a sweet calico female, but I cannot find any. Not too many carry them at the moment.

Calicos actually get better and better with age.. One of the reasons I love and breed them

This is my Calico breeder male from 2009. He makes really awesome babies..

Thanks for the input guys! I got her from the urban python. (if its against TOS, remove the name and pm me for breeder info).

He said it was his last one but he has some female super pastel calicos.

Here's another one of his calicos. This is a male though. think this one's still available

So will she keep her orange flames and sides? Or will they get darker as she grows?

I'm actually just not sure how calico's change as they grow up, other than of course the white sides. I know the pink turns white.
