Mites or am I crazy?
Yesterday I was holding Griffin and I swear I saw a little gray thing crawl from his eye to a heat pit. I have checked him from head to toe(har har har) and I see no evidence at all of mites. He hasn't been soaking in his water bowl or anything either.
Should I go ahead and treat? I am leaning towards yes...
Thanks!

I don't see why it would be a problem.

Re: Mites or am I crazy?
If by 'treat' you mean PAM the tubs and substrate... then yes. I believe it is so amazing because it works as a proactive as well as a preventative. Either way it will provide you with peace of mind.
Do it.

Provent a mite the cage, but leave the snake itself alone. If there is only one mite, PAM'ing the cage should take care of it!
