So I've been seeing a lot of post about deserts lately in a lot of places. Now with the problem the desert females have with reproducing I have two questions. First if desert females pretty much dont reproduce what should you do with them when you produce them, if you sell them as pets how do you know that they won't be bred.

You don't know, thats up to the person who owns it to decide what they want to do

Second with all that being said, why are desert females so expensive? I think the desert spider is one of the coolest looking morphs around but why would I buy a female if there is such a risk breeding her and why would I spend that much money on something to look at when a male can replicate it's self?

one thing that controls all prices, supply and demand, some people just want a cool looking animal and aren't in it for the money and then some people are still trying things to see if they can get viable eggs from them.
