To the OP the pic definitely looks like it is a Genetic Banded Tiger and if it's from a reputable breeder with papers it seems like a legit deal.
As far as value goes I don't have any idea so hopefully someone else can help with that. If it was me I would personally pass because I personally think there is alot more potential with the het. Red.
