    Very nice!
We currently have a 2011 xB and our next new car will be another Scion!
But now that they came out with the FR-S I'll have to decide between it and the tC.

Yes it would add a few more dollars and rwd can be fun to drive, but when you have the ability to move a dial to awd for the rain and snow its nice to always be the first to leave the light ;-)

Really! The only way you can't pick the FR-S is if you need 4 doors or fwd

I dont think tc's come with 4 doors unless the newest models do. The xa's are 4 door

Great car, I was interested in picking one up, but they're a tad too expensive for me.

I liked dealing with Scion...no haggling about purchase price, but you can still work them down on trade in and financing....kind of removed one of the three big headaches of car buying. And they were quick about going through all the "extra's" since we told them upfront we weren't buying any of it.

FR-S vs Tc is no contest...unless you definitely want fwd...

Yeah I completely agree when it comes to dealing with them! Definitely better customer service than alot of car dealers out there.
As far as deciding between the 2, I'll have to go check out the FR-S in person to really get an idea of how much better it is than the tC. Also it might come down to the price and what the payments will be like for each.
But, looking online it looks like the FR-S comes in a burnt orange color so they could end up being a deciding factor!

Seems like a nice car! Hope you can have some fun with it. I've always been partial to European cars, but I've got to admit, the Subaru boxers are great for offroading. I have one in my Outback and it can get over anything! Glad I opted for the big 3.0 Turbo when I bought the car.

Personally I've never driven a Scion, but from how you guys are describing them they sound kind of like the Mini Cooper S models. Cheap, cool, fast, and handle like nothing else. Seems fun! Enjoy your new ride, and be sure to post pics of any cool modifications you do to it.

They are really only "Scion" in name...Toyota originally approached Subaru with an idea for a light-weight rear drive sportscar. Subaru said "no thanks" until they saw the concept. Once they saw the design Toyota was proposing they were all in. As far as manufacturing, they FR-S and BRZ are both made in the same Fuji Heavy Industries plant in Japan.

The Mini is a good comparison other than the Mini is front wheel drive.
