Baby ball started on frozen - will switching to live be a problem?

We bought a hatchling ball python, itty bitty thing, and were told it eats f/t. We aren't feeding our snakes f/t because we are breeding mice for feeders and I don't have the funds to set up a CO2 box like I've seen posted here.

My question is, will we have an issue once the snake chills out and is relatively comfortable feeding it live over f/t? Will instinct kick in and tell it what to do, or are we going to have issues?

Not at all, it is hard to switch from live to frozen but not the other way.

Oh yeah they will definitely eat live. I am still converting some of my guys to f/t and its a bit of a pain but the ones who eat f/t will eat live everytime if I offered which I rarely do cuz I dont want to get em stuck on it!
