RUB's are similar to Rubbermaid & other brands of storage containers, but they're very well made and vented where the top & bottom meet. Holes aren't necessary for air, just for decreasing humidity. Also, they're clear so you can see your critter in there.

I haven't had an issue with humidity or keeping temps. I have a pvcx cage by cornels world:

Oh... My bad... They were wood covered with something that sealed it. Very common, black on the outside & white on the inside with glass sliding doors. Nice looking. Worked fine in the summer, not so good in the winter.
