I don't think that it will kill her but it could cause her to regurgitate.
You shouldn't handle your snake for 48 hours after feeding.

Rule of thumb 2 days, some say 24 hrs is just fine as well.

I like to give them 2 days and for my girls that eat some big meals I give them 3 days....

Handling them after they eat won't do anything, it won't hurt, kill or cause regurgitation.
They do generally prefer to be left alone after eating, they enjoy their hot spots and to relax after a meal, but the old school rumors of regurging and worse dying, are spread like butter on toast, fast and easy.

The above may be true if your snake is really calm and used to you. I have a new Biak GTP that I fed and then handled two days later, like recommended. The morning of day three I woke to find her regurgitated hopper. I'm gonna give her a break for a week then refeed and won't handle her for several days after. Hopefully this will not happen with her again.
I would leave your snake alone after feeding if it is young or new to you. Don't risk it!
