As long as i pay for everything (so i obviously have to have a job lol) and my schoolwork doesnt suffer at all my parents could care less how many snakes i have. Im 19 though and in college so i can pretty much do what i want i guess. But since i live with them i do my best to respect their wishes.
Now i just kinda find a woman whose into herps too so i wont have to do the tuning out thing... Lord knows i already have that perfected with my mother lmao!
