    If your Bp weighs 73 grams, then you should feed him a rodent that weighs around 10 grams

    This is derived using the 15% rule of thumb... take the weight of your BP and multiply it by 15% (0.15)

    So in your case 73 grams x 0.15 = 10.95 grams

    Feeding a correctly sized rodent consistently is the best thing for your BP, and will put some weight on him in no time.

    I would feed him every 4 or 5 days. for now, then go to a 7 or 8 day feeding schedule once he gets up in the 500-600 gram range. (this is what I do with mine)
