    http://www.reptilebasics.com/flexwatt-heat-tape

They will cut it to any length that you want, and even wire it for you free of charge

they say they can install all the wire and clipsets for me does that mean. I can order the amount i need tell them how many feet per shelf and they will cut and wire all them together so its runnning from one cord? Which I would plug into my thermostat.

no each one will have its own cord (which you will have to buy) and then plug them all into a power strip and plug the power strip into the thermostat.

    (they can't connect strips together)

one more question. Is there any way to wire each shelve of flexwatt together and buy one wire/clip set and then just plug that one into the thermostat to run all the levels of the rack? Or do i have to have an individual plug for each level?

You can use a single really long piece of flexwatt and snake it through the rack

You can wire the flexwatt so that there are clips on one strip then the rest of the strips are connected together with soldered wires (requires knowledge of soldering)

You can wire them all individually and use a power strip.
