A good book to read on the subject is "The Art of Keeping Snakes" by Philippe de Vosjoli. It's all about keeping snakes in a living vivarium.

I don't keep any of mine in a live setup with plants as I personally don't see any of them suitable for it. If I had a gtp I'd definitely would keep it in this kind of setup as they seen perfect for it but unfortunately living in Massachusetts I'm not allowed too.
