Yellow Username?

I just saw a user with a yellow name, I used the search tool & nothing came up, someone please explain?

I believe those are the users who have had too many infractions and are "black listed" ...

I've seen yellow as well as pink as active users, not just on old threads. I've asked the same Q, yellow is banned, pink is spam, red are admin, green are mods.
