That "war paint" (facial markings) screams longicaudia, but the red in that tail says that its a BCI - BCL cross.
Pure BCL don't have red tails.
The flash makes the red more apparent in the photos (similar to the tails of Bco). The scalation, saddles, facial pattern, etc. all key out as Bcl. All the crosses I've seen the first generation already looks quite different from Bcl in dorsal pattern and facial markings.
