I can run, do push ups, sit ups, etc. only though :/

For any questions regarding that i would ask Rob. He's about the size of a gorilla and im pretty sure he lifts competetively so he could give you some pointers for gaining muscle mass and bulking up.

On a side note ive been to an Indian resturant near my house before and the food there is absolutely amazing. I wouldnt mind drowning in Chicken Tika Masala personally...
Problem is, I can't lift. Medical problems. :/

Running, push ups, sit ups and such I can do, no free weights sadly.

I love Chicken Tika is good! But, my family is Hindu and they don't eat meat or let me bring it in the house :/
