    Digital Thermometer/Hyrgrometer adice?

Does anyone have a "The Exo Terra Digital Thermo-Hygrometer"
    • if so is it easy to set up?
    • is it accurate?
    • how do you set it up?
    • and where does the sticky and the probe go?

all replies would be very much appreciated
    Thank you!

See if your local Walmart has these, they cost $12 and measure 2 temperatures and humidity.

The probe goes on the hot side. (if you are using a UTH the probe will goon the cage floor directly over the UTH)

The unit sits on the cool side and measures temperature and humidity.

I've never used the exoterra thermometer but I assume it is similar to the one posted above.

The probe goes on the hot side, under the substrate directly over the heat source.

Are you looking at the individual ones? Or do you have a link to the one you are looking at so we can at least tell you how you should set it up.

It looks like a single probe tells both temperature and humidity. This might be a little tricky. You could get this unit but I would also recommend just a probed thermometer to measure the hot side since the humidity under a bunch of substrate is going to be different than what your snake is exposed to. You can use the combination unit to determine cool side/ ambient temperatures and humidity.

so on the combined exo terra one the probe will measure temp
and the sticky thing will stick on the side of the tank and measure humidty?
