Nothing like a lesser woma... Nice looking normal though, a lesser woma would have gotten much more than 250 at that size especially. Lessers alone are worth more than that at that size.
    Big big red flag.

I didn't read all the way thru the thread because as soon as I saw the sac ad I knew what was up. These people are claiming to be a non profit reptile rescue and then they take in reptiles and flip them for hundreds of dollars. I already contacted that Guy letting him know when he posted that snake as a lesser ghost, that it was not that. He has reposted the same snake a few times changing what morph it is. He said he knew nothing about ball pythons or their morphs and was going off what someone told him. They have like 6 ads up from BPs to Burmese to red tails. These people are bad news...

Zombie, are u in sacramento? i will take some more comparison shots outside this evening. i would say this guy is great if you are looking for a normal or possible dinker ball python and have herp equipment to trade. he has no grasp of genetics whatsoever - i've tried explaining basic genetics to him several times, tried to explain that he doesn't have any lessers, to which he replies "this snake is PART lesser". like most pet stores, its important as a knowledgeable ball python keeper/breeder to disregard 99% percent of what they (the pet stores) say, like "this ball python is too young to sex", etc etc. and i know the snakes i get from him are going to a good home (my house).

I'm also in the Sac area. I've seen this reptile 'rescue' a year or so back. I recall them posting 'wanted' ads for reptiles.

Why would you want to continue giving this person business support (business = money = more animals for him to be ignorant about and potentially mistreat), if he is outright lying in his ads? How is that any different than buying a dehydrated, underfed BP from a big box pet store, allowing and encouraging them to continue the practice?

(I am, of course, assuming that you two are referring to the same seller.)
