I had a very similar experience. He doesn't seem to have a problem sharing tips and tricks or anything. We must have talked for a half an hour. He was so helpful because I was really feeling a bit overwhelmed with the possibilities and the different directions I could take with this. He gave me good advice and got me set up to go in a great direction with my first project. I feel like for the most part customer service is a dying practice so Garrick's attitude and willingness to help went a long ways with me. He's got my business I know that.
