    black platinum

    i typed in a lesse x black pastel on worldofballpythons.com to see what the offspring would be and it showed a 1/4 chance of a black platinum. does any one have any pics of one? worldofballpythons didnt.

    I think that's a bit of a redundancy error. According to Google, "Black platinum" is an alternate name for "black pastel lesser." (First time I'd heard it called that, but I'm not too much into black pastels ...) However, WOBP has it listed as a separate morph as "black pastel lesser," and there aren't any pictures under the "black platinum" heading.

    You would think Black Platinum would be reserved for a Black Pastel Platty which would be a 3 gene.

    Black pastel x Platty ( lesser + hidden gene ) 3 genes.
    Black pastel x pastel x Platty = 4 genes
