Quick Feeding Question
I got my BP on friday and he ate just fine, but I haven't seen any scat since then and I was planning on feeding him again tonight (he's only approximately 2 months old). If I have not found any scat should I hold off on feeding him or just offer him the food anyway? Thanks!

Some BP's only poop after they shed. Most won't poop weekly, you should be fine feeding him.

Re: Quick Feeding Question
Many ball pythons only poop every few weeks...Most of mine poop about every other week, some less frequently than that even!
I wouldn't worry too much. They know how much they need to poop!

a side question, I see Uro 'yawning' lately, is it that he's tired or is there something that that means for snakes?
-

They do that to readjust their jaw... I don't think it means they are tired... But I haven't asked them lol.
It can also be a sign of Respritory infection.
Do you see any bubbles or mucus? Does your BP keep its head elevated all the time?

I see no sign of mucus, tho there is a very very very barely noticeable trace of blue on the end of his nose around his chin. I don't think he keeps his head elevated unless he's just looking around or exploring his cage.

I wouldn't be worried then, that blue might mean that he is going into she'd soon.

That makes me excited then and I neglected to put a mouse in the fridge to thaw so I guess I'm feeding him tomorrow, though I'm sure he wont mind since he's used to getting fed once a week at a pet store, guess they wanted to make sure they were hungry.
Anything I can do to make his shed go smoother for Uro?

Make sure your humidity's at least 70%. That's all you really have to do and don't soak. That's asking for a terrible shed. What size mice are you feeding, by the way? They usually feed way too small and not often enough, especially if you got it at a pet store. I'm going to guess your snake's going to be able to eat at least small mice. Get yourself a scale if you haven't already. Read the caresheet if you haven't already, it's got a lot of great information if you haven't read it already.
Also, you can thaw your feeder in a bowl of cool or lukewarm water for 20-40 minutes (depending on the size of the feeder and the temp of the water) instead of in the fridge overnight. It's much faster and you don't have to remember to move the feeder the night before.
