Maybe if you put something under one side of the tub to raise the one side about an inch. This would cause the condensation to roll to the low side and down into the substrate instead of collecting in the middle of the lid and dripping.

I used this method to keep water from dripping on my eggs this past season. I actually used the lid to a pill bottle so one side of the tub was raised up about 0.5in.

Also, if you're using press-n-seal, perhaps try without? Maybe you have good enough humidity retention without it?
