Problem is There is nothing new on the market...
The Atlas of Snakes of the World by John Coborn is good but that is position from 1991 and in light of new discoveries and taxonomic changes very outdated... but Still i Believe best what market have to offer....
Big Problem is Price.. Used Starts from 70$ New from 500$
The Alternative is The Mini-Atlas of Snakes of the World.. by John Coborn as well. is like "portable" version of previous book from 1994 (still over 700 pages) and You can find it from 16$ for used or 20$ for new
I will love is somebody else chip in here... especially from Europe and they Publishers...
Maybe in Old World they have something more actual and on the same level...
