I'm not saying you don't have something else going on. I'm not 100% sure my animals don't either, but I'm working on proving them out. I suspect it is just the pied gene. Trust me, I've hatched a few pied, het pied, and het codom and codom pieds over the years. I hope we both have other, hidden, things t work here but I wouldn't count on it. The pied gene does unusual things to codom genes.

ok now that im done wiping the drool off of my face...... How the heck do you price something like those? I know they are out of my price range so I wont ask for one. but honestly how do you put a price on something that friggin awesome? lesser pied het albino? its just sick. i'm stoked when I produce a bumble bee or a spinner and those are simple. Im hoping to produce my first pieds next season from my hets.

Beautiful examples! I believe 3 to be pastel lessers, which are of course DH albino pied. The breeders I purchased my paradox lesser pied from said his original import lesser turned out to be pastel as well...so it looks like it was passed along in the white snake also! Does the pastel gene seem to "enhance" het pied ringers in your opinion?

Aaron, I haven't noticed it affecting pastels much....but I only have a handful to go by. The only one I've hatched with any significant difference was a super pastel that was white where the purple/gray is normally....best looking super I've ever seen by far.

From what I and others have noticed, the codoms that are color based are not affected like the morphs that are pattern based...and this mostly seems to be codom genes. Cinny/BP, mojo, lesser, spider, ect. MA Balls produced a video with Kevin from NERD discussing this very topic of codom pieds and how they are affected.

When I hatched out the first Pewter Pieds I was a bit disappointed with the mostly white coloration....then I found out what Enchi does to Pieds. It is now in the works. My goal is a silver and white Pied. I'm hoping to produce the quad combo next season. We can only dream until it happens!

I agree with Brandon, I have a Black pastel and a cinny het pied, both striped with ringers, cinny has distorted pattern. I recently picked up a black pewter het albino, pos het pied and it is extremely faded with pattern breaking up which makes me think its going to prove.

Those babies look sweet, like you took an eraser to the pattern, congrats
