He looked quite remarkable, he sparkled and glowed!
His scales her so smooth, he was practically soft
In such a fine state, I thought to show him off
I brought him downstairs, only Father was there
He is not fond of snakes, but I didn't care
I sang of his grandeur, his dearness, his size
Slowly grabbing the interest of my Father's blue eyes
He looked over from his spot on my mother's new couch
And I thought to myself, "I've won over this grouch!"
But then, alas, as I spoke of Vimes' wit

He slithered all the way up to my neck and cuddled around it prior to, so not only did the explosive matter soak the couch, I also had the pleasure of it running alllllll the way down my back, with a nice big urate finishing the event by perching itself between the tops of two of my non-facial cheeks. It was a magnificent disaster!
