    She's about to blow!

I started pairing my normal female with my mojave male and my pastel yellowbelly male in October. I was starting to think she wasn't going to take because she was on the smaller size when I started pairing her. I thought I caught the tail end of ovulation in April and she shed early in May. Well, this is what I saw when I opened her tub last night. Guess there's no more question of whether she took or not... I believe this is what Heather (LadyOhh) coined as the EBP, egg butt puff...

(sorry for the crap cell phone pics)

Checked on her again this morning and still no eggs...

Thanks everyone. I will be plugging in the bator the second I get home from work while I run to the store to pick up stuff to make up an egg box. I meant to get the stuff months ago to have it on hand, but have been so busy I never remembered to do it. Oh well, I'm sure they'll be ok if they have to sit in the tub for a couple hours while the bator temp stabilizes...

I can't even express how excited I am to see my first clutch of eggs! This definitely makes up for the tedious parts of keeping and feeding bps.
