i want to go to steel city this august and get a pair of het pied balls and some feeder worms.it is 3 hours away from me though and i was wondering if you think it would be worth it to go and get what i want and hangout and talk to people.getting there is not a problem i just dont want to go there and not have a fun time and find what i want so i would like your opinions on it

I'm in ohio and its 2.5 hours to the steele city show for me and I always enjoy it. I goto it more often than the ohio shows because I think it is a better expo. Not sure where u are in PA but the Harmar House show is also excellent! Its a smaller show but I think i've always gotten better deals there. as for picking up feeder worms i get them when i'm there but for the most part i order online. plenty of places to choose from.

btw if you look at the website and pre-register first time visitors get in free to the steele city show. also check out the list of vendors and their websites maybe talk to them before the show and they will bring what you want and set it aside for you so theres no fear of going home empty handed.

i will probaby order some mealworms of line in a few days i am running low i am in waynesboro .it is south central pa there are other expos around but i would just like different experiences at different expos

Ive never been to an expo that i didnt like...

EDIT: although the steel city is home to the worst NFL team in the league so thats one expo i might actually skip for fear of running into ben rapelisberger there...

Really, worst team hu? You must not watch the same NFL I do. Anyway not a bad show at all. I've been there quite a bit and it's a nice run show. Good venders and great turnout usually.

it's all what you make it. I've been there a few times and had fun! It's a smaller show, but it gives you a chance to really chat with the vendors.
