I'm riding down the aisle on my horse in 30 days if that tells you anything about how horse crazy I am, lol. About the smart thing, they are smart in their own way, but I will admit they do some pretty dumb things. Twice we have had to step in to save my mare's life, the first time was when she fractured her skull in 3 places, and the second was when we had to pull her out of the creek with a tractor.

The only cool thing i know about iowa is that Slipknot came from there and have an album called Iowa lol.
