I can't believe the petsmart employee would say such a thing, how rude. I work in pet care at petsmart and I could never imagine anyone saying that, in fact, when a costumer comes in who knows their stuff we love to hear what they know. That guy should be fired, he must work at a pretty bad store if he got away with that.

I love the store I work at, we have some very knowledgeable people who each have their own specialty, and if we don't know the answer to a question we never hesitate to find our coworker who does. Great place to work for a university student who loves animals
