    first of my 2012 clutches (maternal)

    Freckles was paired with pastel, black pastel and yellow belly though only saw definite locks with the YB.



    Getting ready to lay.






    Freshly laid clutch. 7 eggs.



    Day 52.






    Day 67 and she's coiled very loosely around the clutch. All of the eggs feel like thin water balloons at this point.








    Day 68 and all the eggs are pipping.




    First baby out.




    Little noses pipping.



    Caught a big yawn after the first breath.



    Cute little guy/gal.



    And it did it again. lol




    I'll get more pics when the rest are out.

    I wish I had the nerve/guts to let my girls incubate their eggs.

    I guess that I am just to much of a control freak for that.

    i had read that thread before but i didnt know it was you tho very good thread .. also what size tub did you use? and what did you use for heat? i see it wasnt covered in the thread..
