I will personally never ever order a product from Boaphile again. Customer Service is absolute garbage. I ordered a rack back on April 13th and was told a 5 week hold time. Well i still dont have it, do the math. Everytime i call and talk to Jeff or whoever i get a differant answer on when it will be shipped and why it was delayed so much. The general response is "I'll send you the tracking when it goes out, didnt i just talk to you earlier this week".? Yes he did and told me it would be shipped out last week, apparently not. Ridiculous communication skills, regardless of how fantastic the actual product turns out. To top it all off, i guess i jumped the gun on ordering my snakes for that rack, because i thought it would be here. Now i have 5 snakes on hold with differant breeders and that sucks as well.
