the cop that responded spoke to her (while she continued to refuse and tell the cop it was up for debate as to who the mouse belongs to)

Why was that a subject for debate?

If the doe is pregnant she is not very far along in my opinion. I would assume longer than a week if so. She's not HUGE as far as I can tell.

Perhaps she had her litter already
