Snakes shed continuously throughout their life - including being a baby. They shed soon after they hatch and don't stop till the day they die. The baby blue eyes is a stage of shed. Up her humidity, and leave her be. She will go clear again, but wait a few more days till she sheds. It will be more comfortable for both of you - and she will probably relax and not be so snappy.
