Small dent in eye

My snake just shed and I noticed a small dent in her eye. I search the forum and mostly everyone said it's due to dehydration and to raise the humidity.

I've kept the humidity around 70% for the whole time and she has had plenty of water, I must assume it was due to rubbing. So just keep the humidity high and her eye will pop back out?

Yep, that does happen from dehydration. It's not a severe problem. I would just advise spraying her enclosure down with some warm water. The dent will probably be gone by tomorrow, if not sooner.

Before leaving for work I pumped the humidity to 90%
Got home, it was down to 70% and the eye was nice and round

Tanks in general have a very tough time holding in humidity, I have never seen one reach 90% and even 70% is usually not attainable for more than very short periods of time.

Typically eye dents self correct. Humidity has an effect on hydration but not fully for sure. They are snakes not frogs. Give it some time usually it will correct itself.
