Did anyone contact the bank about refunding you the overdraft fees, explaining the situation (that money was STOLEN from them)? I got charged for something accidentally once, and the bank was more than willing to undo the fees when my account was overdrawn when I called and told them about it.

That really stinks... I would take that to court.
