    oh I know the pains of back spaz and numbness issues
    cause of the cerberal pasley I have always had back discomfort and I had time were it spaz or just poke ( like you can do to your knuckles) and th next thing I know i am laying onthe ground like a ragdoll was tossed in a fit by a child lol. so far not broekn anything in the falls ( outside the items I fall into ) lol
    I remember helping my cousin move with his first wife we were brinngi a tv up from the basement ( those old floor models that got wheels and such ) and we got 2/3 up the steps when he loses grip well the next thing we allknow is that i sitting at the bottom of the steps thought the concrete wall and the tv busted all to heck. (and i talknig about the cinder blocks you see people have cars sitting on I went though the wall from the tv. the father in law was so freaking upset over the wall that I was a second though We laighed about it for years saying I put the man of steel trainning on lol
