Money wise the trade sounds like a fair deal.

I thought you were only allowed to have 3 snakes?
And are you sure youre ready for a retic and a blood? Both can get big, especially that female retic. You have the space to house both of them and the money to pay for rabbits or chickens for the tic?
Im not trying to be a debbie downer, im just not quite convinced youre ready for the commitment. Reading up and talking to people overnite doesnt seem like the best way to get yourself prepared for a tic. Also why does the seller wanna get rid of them?

But, I have to agree with Mike about being ready for a Retic. Especially one that is already 8'. IDK if a subadult is the best way to start if you haven't had any experience and haven't done a great deal of research before hand.
